Golden Corral opens new restaurant in Raleigh


Raleigh-based Golden Corral has opened its new restaurant at the Capital Boulevard in Raleigh, US.


The Capital Boulevard restaurant will feature the Golden Corral’s characteristic ‘Pavilion-style’ redesign with bold lines. Spanning 14,108 square feet, the space has a capacity to seat 500 guests.

The restaurant features some enhancements such as the addition of an in-house donut shop, a ‘Chocolate Wonderfall’ chocolate fountain, a cotton-candy machine, a hand-dipped ice cream station, bench seating in the Line area and an increase in booth seating. It has also more than doubled its food variety offering.

The new, Pavilion-style restaurant is designed to provide a renewed guest experience in buffet dining. The space features six, distinct stations offering different varieties of hot food selections from around the world including Italian, Asian, Mexican and American, as well as a grill station with grilled-to-order steak, barbecue ribs, turkey and ham.

The new restaurant is Golden Corral’s second Raleigh location, with the first re-opened in August 2010.
